What’s Included in Your Dorm Room:

Your suite will come with a LIVING ROOM set that has a sofa, slipper chair, coffee table and end table. The size of the unit you are in will determine exactly how much furniture the living room comes with.

Your BEDROOM will come with a writing desk and chair, and a comfortable bed. Bunkable twin beds are provided for residents in doubles, and full beds are provided for residents in singles. Closets have organizers with drawers in them. If you are sharing a bedroom, each roommate will have their own writing desk. The beds are standard size – no long sheets are necessary!

The KITCHEN has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. There are plenty of drawers and cabinets as well. We do not limit the appliance types you can bring. Air fry away!

Each BATHROOM has a sink, vanity, mirror, toilet, and tub or shower stall. Some units also come with additional storage spaces. Shower curtains and hooks, towels, and rugs are not provided. It’s recommended that you purchase an extra long shower curtain liner to avoid water damage in your bathroom. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, toilet brush, and wastebasket.

There is a LAUNDRY ROOM on your floor. Please bring detergent for high-efficiency machines and use the recommended amount of soap (which is less than you think) and do not overload your clothes to avoid breaking the machines and/or ruining your clothes.
